• From the moment that I reached the front door, the safety procedures were convenient, while still welcoming with water and mints. Immediately when I stepped inside I was greeted by everyone in the lobby area with my stylist, Kayla, ready for me. As you know, this is rare. She booked my appointment with enough time to be prepared for me, instead of a long wait. She was friendly, professional, and patient with my very specific craziness to get my hair fixed. I received a great haircut and booked her for a color treatment, which honestly I hadn't planned on doing when I arrived. However, I felt so comfortable with Kayla, that I did make the appointment with her and of course again, she worked with my schedule and made sure that she allowed enough time. The receptionist and owner were great as I ended my visit. Thank you to everyone at The Brick House Salon! I love my hair and can't wait for my follow-up hair color appointment.
