Amazing and helpful instructor and staff, great space, great location, fun and effective moves with modifications if needed, awesome music, and thoroughly loved the shavasana message of "you can't pour from an empty cup." Iced coffee was yummy and I went home and felt so happy all day! Cheeks are feeling it 24 hours later.
