I'm in pretty good physical shape right now and the class was still challenging and wore me out. I love the little touches you provide like the cold lavender towels and inspiring words at the end of class, the coffee which is much needed so early in the morning, and a welcoming space to sit back and relax or stretch after class. Or in my case eat breakfast 😊
