Everything was a good experience, but there was no one to greet newcomers so I had to figure out where everything was and what equipment I needed on my own. I'm experienced with gyms, boot camps and pilates/barre, so it wasn't too much trouble for me but would be difficult for someone that is new to workout class environments or barre/pilates.
