All of the instructors are amazing and have their own unique style. They always push you to do your best and take great care in helping you get your form right. Music is awesome and the classes have a great energy. The class and schedule variety are fantastic-there's something for everyone. The whole group is so welcoming (members, instructors, owners) and friendly - it's never intimidating. I've seen great results since joining and am excited to continue on my journey.

Going to the Booty Shop is getting to hang out with your friends. It's a judgment free zone that doesn't make going to the gym feel like you're at the gym. The group classes are fun and the teachers are always encouraging. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Oh, and the iced coffee and mimosas are a plus! 🍾💕
