I have been to a lot of gyms. The Booty Shop is the only gym that really gives me the kind of workout I need to burn fat and build muscle (HELLO booty burn and basic training classes)! I love that they offer different classes so I can still take a Yoga or Barre class when I need a lower intensity day. I found all the workouts I could ever want at TBS!

The atmosphere was so incredible and the music helped hype me up to work-out and the community of women I met were fun and amazing - I had a blast and it kicked my booty!!
