Literally recommend classes to all my friends in GVL. Classes are super fun, have great music and great instructors.

I had a really fun time doing cardio, which usually is the one work out that most people hate. I usually enjoy it, but this time I had fun! The instructor was a but fast but I guess she is used to doing these classes. It was my first time, so I felt a bit lost but once I got in the zone it was easier to follow.
