The cardio club class was super fun and a really great workout--normally I don't except to be sore from a dance class but the instructors incorporate strength into the dances in a way that's really beneficial and fun!

The energy that you feel when you walk into the Booty Shop is like no other. The staff makes you feel very comfortable and they play the music loud which is amazing and needed because it lets me feel the music and the beat.
