Honestly, the environment and the instructor were so welcoming and empowering. It was a great workout and as a very self conscious person, I never once felt judged. I absolutely loved it.

Everyone was really nice, not judgmental when I needed to take a break from the workout, all good vibes and after 1 class I can feel that is was effective

I gave 9 just because I never tried the regular class at the studio and I’m “saving” the 10 for my next time. But the instructor was really good, the types of exercises , her energy, smile … awesome!! Caroline is the reason why I’m going back.
