I had problems with the confirmation. A text was sent and when I replied back it told me to call. When I called I got the voicemail that told me to not leave a message and to go online. When I went on online, it said to call. This was confusing and made me feel like canceling the appointment but there was going to be a fee at that point. If the fee was applied, my review would have been much different and that is a shame since Juan did a great job.
