The staff was so genuinely welcoming, the facility itself was clean, warm, and beautiful inside. The actual service I recieved exceeded my expectations tremendously. Fabrizio was thoughtful and made me feel very very comfortable almost immediately. He was very present and of course very very talented. And even on the way out, the staff was very warm and helpful. I've told some friends already and I can't wait for my next visit.
