I chose 10, perfect score, because there's nothing I would change. Well, I take that back, I would change just being told how to find the salon, but once I found it, everything was great. The salon is large, people were nice, my massage therapist was very skilled and pleasant. The restroom was clean, the whole salon was clean. Re-scheduling an appointment was easy when I had to do it. Everything was great!
