We ask that you please mark this appointment on your personal calendar, in order to avoid missing it - CHARGES APPLY.
                                                    Please arrive at least 15 mins. before your appointment start time to ensure a full massage session. If you are late, please inform the studio - you will receive the remainder of your massage time. Appt. STARTS at time confirmed, for the duration of service requested (60/ 90 mins). ALL services include a 10 min consultation - a 60 min. service is defined as 50 + mins. 

                                                    **If you are pregnant you must call and notify our customer service representative today. RESTRICTIONS APPLY! Promotional offers are NOT valid towards a prenatal massage (Groupons, Introductory - and other promotional  Offers). 

                                                    The Bodylux RX Groupons will NOT be accepted. They are a different, unaffiliated business. If you do have a BodyLux RX Groupon, please contact us.

                                                    CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED VIA VOICEMAIL - PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. If you are unable to speak directly with a rep., please send an email to thebodylux@gmail.com.

                                                    Early Cancel: An early cancel is any cancellation (online via the our app or by speaking directly with a rep. over the phone) that occurs more than 24 hours prior to the start of your massage. If you early cancel, you will not be charged.

                                                    Late Cancel: A late cancel is any cancellation that occurs less than 24 hours prior to the start of your massage. Please note, you are unable to 'late cancel via our app.

                                                    All cancellations within 24 hours MUST be done over the phone with a front desk representative or by email. $20 will be charged to your account and due at next appointment. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. 

                                                    No Show: A no show occurs if you do not cancel AND do not show up for your scheduled massage. If you no show, you will be charged the full scheduled amount and clients with massage packages will lose one massage. All voucher users will have their voucher redeemed - NO EXCEPTIONS. 

                                                    We hold the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals with certain medical conditions without the proper doctors approval in writing. Appointments are subject to availability, on a first come first served basis.
