• Everything was wonderful about the service I received. From the moment I checked in at the front desk, until the moment I left, everyone was friendly, efficient and professional. But the highlight for me was Dolly. I've been a (somewhat infrequent) client for years, and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had at Body Serene--or anywhere else for that matter. Dolly's technical skill was awesome--but her interpersonal skills were just out of this world. She asked probing questions to understand my hair washing habits and did a thorough job of educating me about how to extend the life of the Brazilian Blowout. She also took such care to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the process, had water to drink, etc. I can't say enough good things about Dolly and how wonderful she made me feel. Thank you, Dolly!
