• Would be 10 but only complaint is the timing of the different sevices = my wife got a package that included a steam bath/shower after her massage. She was pulled out after 3 mins to go to her next service(facial). Too bad because she really loves steams/saunas. I get it, there's a schedule but you should not be rushed where you don't get a service that you paid for.
