• I like you guys. I haven’t been there since May. I made an appt and it was for the wrong date. I called and spoke with someone to change it to August 21. The person cancelled the date but didn’t move it over to the actual appt date. When I arrived there were a lot of other appts. Ashley was so kind to make it work despite being a burden to the team to play catch up. I guess you need to listen to the voice messages that I left ans instruct the operators to follow the clients requests. It was my fault for not calling ahead of time and double confirming. Thank you
