Dean was fantastic. I booked a consultation before the appointment, and Dean took that time to really understand what I wanted. He offered his professional opinion, which elevated the final result, update me throughout the hair coloring process so I was informed, and after styling my hair for an event that evening, Dean discussed with me the next steps for hair care and follow up appointments. As well, a beverage was offered when I arrived, my appointment was on time, and the environment was relaxed and easygoing. All of the best qualities of a salon.
