I am always greeted warmly. The waiting area is so comfortable, it's like sitting in a friend's living room. Then, there's Lindsey. My goodness, what a a hair guru. She has been instrumental in supporting my decision to go silver. She has been reassuring along the road to this transition and is highly skilled in her craft. Not to mention, super fun to visit with. The entire team works together like a well-oiled machine and I can't end this without mentioning Lindsey's cute/funny sidekick, Belle Belle.
