• Kelsy is who I have seen 3 times now and has always done a great job on my nails and is very easy going and nice to talk to. I love that I can schedule online and use a bot via text to reschedule if needed. Receptionist/front desk person is always very friendly and the overall vibe of the entire place is really professional and welcoming. The price point is also a big plus as well. Could not be happier!

• The salon is lovely and the technician is very nice and capable. I gave it a 9 only because it took 1.5 hours. Sometimes it is hard to squeeze in even an hour to get my nails done. Julianna is new and very skilled. She needs to just work a bit on her speed.
