• Friendliness; attention to detail regarding time, needing to change a time with me, etc. one thing: it’s very frustrating to call and have to leave a message. Maybe you could institute texting? I know we can schedule online but sometimes I don’t know how long a service will take. All in all, peaceful and relaxing to be in there which is the name of the game!
