• I didn't know that I needed to specify Shellac at time of booking my reservation. So at the reserved time when I requested for it I was told there wasn't enough time and that I needed to book it at time of reservation. If I had known that when I was booking the reservation I would have done that and I my polish would be lasting longer. It's only day 2 and my hand polish is already chipping. Other than me being aware that lack of specification on my end, the rest of the experience was fantastic!
