I loved the pranayama at the beginning this is very important
Using the app was easy, class descriptions were good, studio calm and peaceful but happy, staff and clients are friendly, class was nicely challenging and well explained/adapted
Great instructor, practical studio not over done. Not receiving confirmation after calling and messaging was frustrating.
