Enjoyed the experience.
The amazing feeling that I had after it, was great for all levels of ability with options offered (ie. arm balances etc...). The soft funky music at the beginning, and the relaxing, soothing, positive guidance given through it by Julie.
Each visit leaves me feeling elevated and it's all due to the wonderful teachers and their caring and professional delivery
I like that it was a small boutique studio. The instructor was very friendly and the group size was not too big
