As soon as I arrive on my mat I know it is time for me. For to me to breathe, for me to flow and for me to be in the moment. I always feel amazing after yoga. X

Always love the Vibe classes with the music. They are always playful and energising!
Loved all the Xtmas touches, like the cute fairy lights around Jule's yoga matt. New names for our yoga poses (Santa's Sleigh, Xtmas Tree Pose, Santa's Lap, Skater's pose) 🤣 Great Stuff!
Not to mention tying together this class to a fun Xtmas Party at the end with fabulous nibbles, sweets, and drinks!
