Love base yoga, think they’re doing everything they can to abide by the rules and keep everyone safe. I like the extra times available- hopefully they loosen the rule of one class per day per person. I used to like doing a slow flow then a yin class :)

So happy to be back in the studio. The team have put a lot of thought and effort into how to make the studio safe as possible. Rach taught an awesome class.
