Elle made me feel like an old friend and the workout was paced in a way that I never felt like it was too much. It pushed me just to the right level. I also felt my body was in safe positions for strengthening at every point. It was also fun!

I really enjoyed the class and the studio was gorgeous. I know it was a small group due to COVID and just opening, but I hope all classes remain small so we can be always be well-spaced out.
