You take my insurance , BCBS Federal Employee, for acupuncture. Clean and welcoming facility at Kings Park. Clearly explained the acupuncture process to me. Warming table is relaxing.

This is my second visit but my first visit was so great that Balance & Wellness is always my recommendation. With my second visit, I got to meet Bianca and she was amazing. Just instantly liked her vibe and she was very communicative throughout the whole experience. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful

The overall experience was great but I felt that one of the front desk staff needs to develop her customer service skills. She was a bit impatient for so early in the morning. Her shift just started so she shouldn't be exhausted by the customers already. Also, she is the first contact a person makes when they enter the establishment
