Lori I think her name was? On Sunday I had a 2:00 p.m. appointment and Lori was amazing. She was very comforting and explained everything to me and that was really helpful as I have very bad anxiety and sometimes I can have anxiety attacks due to my level one autism spectrum disorder. And she was very kind and understanding and empathetic. I was not scared after I spoke with her. If I ever do this again I would definitely want to work with her again. She deserves a raise!
