Because everyone had an amazing energy. From the needler, to the de-needler. Everyone was so nice and calmed any of my nerves (pun intended) about my first time. One thing I loved. I told the woman I was traveling this week. She asked where I was heading. I absolutely loved that. Shows she cared and was paying attention. Your staff literally gave me faith in humanity again!
