My massage therapist was excellent. The one negative is that you sometimes offer a discount, say for my anniversary of being a member, but you make me ask for it again when I'm there. It feels like I'm begging so I don't do it. Essentially you get me in with the discount and then i don't get it. If you offer it, it should be noted and fixed when booked, IMO I hope that helps!
