  • Because it was a upon arrival wait that then turned into the representative telling us it will be a 15 min delay. And when asked how will we be compensated for the 15min wait. I was we were told she would speak to management . Upon speaking to management we were told that because my visit was a redo. That no compensation was going be given. My daughter then asked well what about her since hers was a paid visit. Still no compensation. Im writing this to let you guys know that my/ our time down to the second matters and I felt it was discharged. But to Mike's service it was exceptional. Thank you Lucy
