The Aura House is a wellness-focused studio and crystal store in the heart of Downtown Brampton offering yoga, pilates, mindfulness, meditation, movement, and energy-based classes and services. Come by for a tour on Tuesday & Wednesday evenings from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm or Saturdays from 9:00 am -12:00 pm*.

Classes
Whether you’re looking for group classes or semi-private experiences, our studio offers a regular schedule of yoga, mat + reformer pilates, meditation, movement and energy-based options for a range of experience levels. All of our classes are led by professional instructors, and our team is here to help you find the ones that would be a good fit for you.

Crystals
Our Crystal Store, The Hidden Gem, offers a selection of tumbled stones, raw stones, crystal jewellery, ethically and sustainably sourced Palo Santo, practice props, and other showcase products from local makers and small businesses. Open hours are Monday-Thursday Evenings from 6 - 8pm and Saturday-Sunday Mornings from 9 - 11:30am.

The Aura House has a residency of instructors, healers and coaches who offer 1-1 services in our space. With 1-1 services tailored-to-your needs, you can receive treatment that works for YOU. Choose from Private Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Thai Yoga Massage, Nutrition, Oracle Reading, Akashic Record Reading, Empowerment Coaching, Reiki and more

Trainings + Certifications
The Aura House, in collaboration with Divine Luna Healing, offers Yoga Teacher Trainings through our Yoga Alliance registered Divine Aura Yoga School, and Reiki Certifications.

Need a place to get away from it all as much as possible? We get it. We’d live at the studio if we could! The Sanctuary Membership gives you access to ALL large group classes (over 20/week!), morning + evening, weekdays and weekends. If you come to more than 3 classes a week, this one is for you!
