• I think that the site is very easy to use. But at the same time it's very simple to the point where it's not very "eye-catching". I think that it would be benificial to add a brief explanation of each esthetician and a photo so that customers can see each esthetician. I would also show customers some of the rooms they will be in.

• Always a wonderful experience. The colors of the walls, the lights, the staff, the products..when you walk in, you are there for you and everything else stops. It's as if the staff is aware of that transition and provides an appropriate response when handling your one on one care. Great facility, even better experience.

• I really enjoyed my experience. It was my first wax and I was nervous, but upon arriving everyone was very welcoming. I really felt at ease. My tech Brandi was amazing she made the experience smooth. I didn't feel any pain and she's very easy to talk to which makes the whole duration go by faster. I will definitely be back and I will recommend more clients because your company deserves that thank you!!

• I always have a great experience here. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and it's the closest to painless a wax can get (even when you've gone a while between waxes).
