• I’ve had several facials at the spa and have been satisfied…some times more than others. I had Lauren on 9/14 and she didn’t have quite the light touch with the massage that I prefer but it was okay. Also I do not like scalp massages. Usually I’m asked whether I want it and Lauren started it so quickly that I didn’t have time to decline. But the facial itself was fine and left my skin very soft.
