• Cons: The base boards in the changing room & toilet area need a thorough wipe down. That goes for the top of the tiles in toilet area. Get rid of the dusty bottles in front of the fireplace in the waiting room. Simplicity is best at spas. If these rooms need cleaning, I'm sure the other rooms need a serious wipe down also. Pros: Justine's skill, confidence & demeanor is superb. I will always ask for her in the future! She takes pride in her work & it shows! The skin products are sublime. The bed with warm sheets, steam room, robe & fluffy towel were oh so perfect & wonderful. The other employees were very attentive & knowledgable. A truly positive experience.
