• The massage by Jessica was terrific and the staff were all very nice. The bench in the women's dressing room was unstable which made me nervous to sit down to put my shoes on, the sanctuary needs some ambience like a dribbling water feature for the calming sound and visual and the sanctuary was lit so brightly that I squinted. Those ridiculously nit-picky reasons are why I rated the spa a 9 instead of a 10.
