• Jennifer is amazing! The front desk people are always so calming and helpful. The facilities are great. However, I wish the men's sauna was larger, but I know that's not able to be changed. There was a person who decided to sit with his feet on the bench, so the tight squeeze it usually is, was impossible. NOT your fault, just a customer who wanted it for himself. I understand, but it limited my "after" massage experience. The score is still a 10! Thank you and I'll see you in September. (Every other month is my current schedule, though I wish it could be more. I seem to remember that you have a frequent user's deal, right? I don't remember what it is, though.)
