• Staff was warm and friendly. Place was not crowded. Services were wonderful! 2 points of feedback - my locker key was tricky and needs to be fixed #8 or 10 - can't remember. And during my massage the music system kept cutting out from time to time which was a little distracting. I would have an audio expert take a look at that to fix :)
