• I started studying hatha yoga in 2007 solo but this place really helped to make the connection to other yoga practitioners. Before this place there were no yugas, Gita, etc in my mind. At the end of this 12 year cycle I have a much greater sense of community. You should have seen my 3 months in MO for military training. No alcohol. Yoga and 20 minutes meditation twice per day. I should probably go more often.

• I was thrilled with Last nights class. Kelly was amazing. Not only did I feel comfortable but I even felt like I wasn't a beginner and then entire class was welcoming. Looking to book more and get the kids involved.
