• My first practice was Thursday and I enjoyed it very much. I left feeling invigorated and eager to return for another visit. Today I returned to the studio for another session. This time with Tommy. It was truly amazing and I would definitely recommend taking his session. I'm so glad I decided to try out this studio. The people are super friendly and helpful and the studio is charming and clean. Looking forward to practicing at "The Ancient Wisdon of Yoga."
