• I've practiced yoga for 25 years and recently retired and moved back to Florida from California. The quality of the instructors in your studio are top notch and the classes are perfectly in a line with what they say they are. I mostly attend Yin Yoga with Blair. It is restorative and spiritual - with just enough verbal guidance to move you along but not so much as to be chatter. She also adds those special touches such as a spritz of scent or a healing Reiki touch when she sees you struggle. It is a top notch practice from the heart. The setting is also beautiful. I love your studio, the instructors and I'm grateful I found your place.
