• The check in process was great, and the new building is absolutely beautiful! Olivia was amazing and Dr. Howell is the best! He’s so knowledgeable, skilled, and patient. The only thing that could use improvement is the check out process. The receptionist seemed to be rushing me and it made me nervous. I know it was closing time on a Friday afternoon so I guess that’s why, but because I felt rushed I didn’t want to ask her to help me schedule future services. However, I will just call to schedule future services and will not let that one awkward experience change my thoughts on referring my friends & family.
