I can not say enough great things about Chelsey. I took her 90 minute long class and it was awesome. Not only is she knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough; she is friendly, warm, and a general joy to be around. I feel so amazing after one of her classes and look forward to my next class. Very lovely environment and Marina could not have been any nicer, she made me feel like I could do what I could and encouraged me also she is simply amazing to watch so poised so talented with her yoga.

It was my first yoga experience yet alone 90 minutes of 🥵 Yoga. I enjoyed the challenge and felt really good the next day. You were very patient with me which was great. I took the 6:00pm class on Monday
