It was my first time ever doing yoga. The instructor Shelley was so nice and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The studio was nice and clean. Overall great first experience and I've already signed up for 3 more classes!

always enjoy the Sunday Phoenix class. As well the LWR studio is very nice.

I don't usually enjoy yoga. I have tried it at several locations but I love the heat and the intensity of the session I did.
