• It felt like every step of the way Lisa was just listening to the needs of my body, even if that meant she had to just hold me to allow my nervous system and muscles to relax and take the bodywork given. It was a very informative and relaxing experience, and I fully believe it would be a very similar experience with every other therapist here.
