• I don't know man. I will say that your follow-up txts, etc., surveys...I mean a little follow-up is fine, but your marketing efforts are a lttle over the top. Every time I've gotten a massage there, it's been good; can't remember them all, but I think Kaye, Gabrielle, Jen- they're all good. But That's the rub marketing is off-putting. It's just an opinion. Please share at the next staff meeting, see if others agree. Thanks!
