• I usually see Kara, but she wasn’t available and I saw Kate instead. Kate did a great job, and had notes from Kara to refer to. I appreciate being treated as “a patient” to some extend. I discussed with Kate how this was not a one-off gift certificate visit, but that I was there hoping to accomplish things. It’s why I have in the past suggested that you take your admissions questionnaire more seriously. Although, if most of your clients are one-offs, I suppose there is little point. Not sure how you sort the two types out from each other.
