There is never a question in my mind as to how to proceed because every step of the way is outlined. Jim's tone/attitude in phone call prep, font desk gal's attention to detail and assistance, and Gabrielle's skillful, healing touch all make the experience amazing! I can tell that a lot of thought, planning, and care has gone into being a professional and personable, quality business.
