• Allison at the desk is courteous, friendly, efficient, accommodating and calls me by name. (Even splits my gift card between visits when I ask!) And Kate Burnet gives the best massage I've had.

• The massage was very relaxing, and reduced muscle tension. Staff and massage therapist were very cordial and respectful. Atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting a good tone for maximizing the benefits of the experience. All around surpassed my expectations.
