• It felt safe to be there. There were very good protocols in place, including physical distancing (separated by a wall from the other client) staff followed protocol including wearing masks, asking clients to wear masks and to wash hands, and not allowing other people to come in during appointments. The usual quality service was provided. Feels great to get rid of the grey and to have my hair looking stylish again.
